This is a general list of Health
Practitioners on the Sunshine Coast. Natural Health, in our view is
where we deal with the source of the problem from a natural point of
view. That is not from witch doctors magic but from trained
Practitioners who know that they can go to the heart of the problem
and work with changing what is creating the problem.
For example if someone is having
panic attacks, a good nutritionist may suggest a change in your
diet. If you are feeling very tired & run down, a
Naturopath may suggest a few energy giving foods in your diet plus
supplements to boost your immune system. If you are continually
getting colds & flu, a Herbalist may suggest a course of mixed
herbal drinks to assist your immune system. Whatever it is you are
trying to fix, a Health Practitioner may absolutely, be a great
start.
Be mindful though, to choose Health
Practitioners with good credentials. Their diplomas & training
records should be kept in full view so don't be bashful about
looking at them to ensure you are with a qualified Health
Practitioner. If you do not see any diplomas, you may always
ask.
If you are in doubt as to which
Health Practitioner or you just don't know where to start, give us a
call. We have dealt with many Practitioners & met loads more as
this of course, is a part of our business. We do not have preferred
Health Practitioners as they do not pay us to mention their name. We
just like them & have learnt, only from our experience that they
are professional.
Be mindful that this list may change
as do we all. This is not a list to be used as a referral, it is
merely a list of Health Practitioners we know. It is important that
you decide on where you wish to go & then make up your mind as
to whether you like the person you are seeing. If not, stop your
consultations & try again elsewhere.
