Needless to say there is a lot of info we can share here. Let's just start with some simple headlines and if you need more, pop into the store & ask away.


Kids and Food:
We have a wonderful array of kids books & recipes. Just come in and chat to Barb, our book Manager or have a browse through the selection. Titles from Real Food Power for Kids & Stephanie Alexander's fantastic book for kids learning how to grow & prepare their foods are just a few of the many to choose from.

You can also chat to one of our many staff who also have kids and have learnt different ways to get kids to eat well. Much of it will come down to your attitude to food, enjoy it and show off your desire to eat well and your passion to love food. Donna is always happy to chat about this, as is Kim our Grocery Manager.

We also have lots of food tastings with book authors ready to pile you with great information and recipes. It's all yours for the taking and it's free.


Kids and Allergies:

Kids and Disease:
Once you have spoken with your Health Practitioner and need help with immune support or other ideas, we are here to listen & help. Come in & see us as many health challenges can be supported into good health. Whether it be behavioural, emotional or physical, there is a good chance we can help at least a little bit.
